The Culinary Institute of the Pacific is a statewide array of culinary arts programs offered at the University of Hawai’i Community Colleges. The associate in science degree and certificate programs in culinary arts at the various community college campuses are fully accredited by the American Culinary Federation of America, and articulated with advanced degrees offered at the Culinary Institute of the Pacific at Diamond. These programs have earned local, national and international recognition for its exceptional faculty, quality curricula and outstanding achievements.
