Description

The Jade Range JSP Stock Pot Stove is a heavy-duty gas cooking appliance designed for commercial restaurants, hotels, institutions, and other foodservice kitchens preparing stocks, soups, sauces, stews, and other large-volume products. Its open burner configuration provides concentrated heat for stock pots and large cookware, with available burner ratings of 45,000 or 120,000 BTU/hr. Each burner ring is controlled by an independent infinite manual gas valve, allowing operators to adjust heat for boiling, simmering, reduction, and extended cooking. Fully welded steel grates provide a durable support surface for heavy stock pots during demanding kitchen operation. The JSP features 14-gauge stainless steel all-welded construction, including the front, plate shelf, and gas tubing. Heavy-gauge round-tube legs are fully welded into the frame and fitted with adjustable feet for stability and leveling. Stainless steel pilots, a 14-gauge welded drip tray, and a 3/4-inch gas regulator complete the heavy-duty design.
