Description
The Jade Range Titan™ and Bistro™ Heavy Duty Gas Pasta Cookers are commercial pasta cooking appliances designed for restaurants, hotels, institutions, and other professional foodservice kitchens. Both series provide dedicated pasta cooking capacity, integrated water filling, adjustable basket positioning, and compatibility with Jade Range cooking lineups and custom equipment suites. The Titan series is available in two capacities. The JTPC-16/JTPC-18 provides an 11-gallon tank, while the JTPC-24 provides a 17-gallon tank. The Bistro series is built into the shallow-depth Bistro range line and is available with an 8-gallon JBPC-16/JBPC-18 tank or a 14-gallon JBPC-24 tank. Each model features stainless-steel gas burners to support rapid heating and recovery during continuous kitchen service. A fully welded 12-gauge 316L marine-grade stainless steel tank provides durability in a demanding, water-intensive cooking environment. An integrated faucet simplifies tank filling, while included pasta baskets and interchangeable trivets allow operators to position baskets at different heights according to production needs.
