Description

The Jade Range Titan Gas Charbroiler is a heavy-duty commercial cooking appliance integrated into the Titan full-depth range line. Designed for restaurants, hotels, institutions, and other demanding foodservice kitchens, it delivers high-output grilling performance with the durability and configuration flexibility required for continuous daily use. The charbroiler uses the same proven reversible cast iron grates, cast iron burner radiants, grease guides, and burner system as the Bistro Charbroiler. Each 6-inch broiler section is equipped with a 15,000 BTU/hr burner and an independent infinite gas valve, allowing operators to adjust heat across the cooking surface for steaks, burgers, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and other grilled menu items. Built for long-term commercial use, the Titan Charbroiler features a 12-gauge welded firebox and 14-gauge all-welded construction. Stainless steel front, sides, back, bottom, and plate shelf surfaces, stainless steel gas tubing, separate steel drip pans, a welded drip tray, stainless steel pilots, adjustable feet, and a 3/4-inch gas regulator support durability, serviceability, and reliable operation. Certification for 20,000 BTU/hr burner operation is available upon request.
