Titan Plancha

Description

The Jade Range Titan Plancha is a heavy-duty commercial gas plancha designed for restaurants, hotels, institutions, and other professional foodservice kitchens. Built into the Titan range line, it provides a smooth steel cooking surface for preparing burgers, steaks, seafood, poultry, vegetables, breakfast items, sandwiches, and other foods requiring direct contact cooking. The standard plancha features a polished 5/8-inch-thick steel plate that reaches approximately 650°F at the center, with cooler cooking zones toward the perimeter. This graduated heat pattern allows operators to sear product in the center and move food toward the outer areas for slower cooking, finishing, or holding. Two burner configurations are available. The French configuration provides a centered heat pattern, while the Spanish configuration distributes heat more evenly across the cooking surface. A stainless steel grease trough helps direct grease and cooking residue away from the plate for easier cleaning. Custom plancha plates from 1 to 2 inches thick are available for applications requiring different heat retention and recovery characteristics.
