Description

The Jade Range JHP Series is a commercial gas hot plate designed for professional foodservice kitchens, including restaurants, hotels, institutional kitchens, and other commercial cooking operations. Built for high-volume stovetop cooking, the series provides open-burner performance in a heavy-duty stainless steel construction suitable for demanding kitchen environments. Each 12-inch section features 27,500 BTU/hr cast iron open burners and one 12" x 24" lift-off cast iron top grate. The JHP-312 model is a specified exception, featuring three 15,000 BTU burners. Individual infinite gas valves provide independent burner control, allowing operators to adjust heat output to suit different cooking requirements. Each burner is equipped with a stainless steel pilot for ignition. The hot plate features 14-gauge stainless steel, all-welded construction, including stainless steel sides, front, plate shelf, pilot tips, gas tubing, and legs with adjustable feet. A 14-gauge welded drip tray helps collect cooking spills and residue for easier cleanup. Cast iron burners and removable top grates provide a substantial cooking surface for commercial kitchen use. Each unit is supplied with a 3/4-inch gas regulator.
