Description

The Jade Range Steakhouse Broiler is a heavy-duty gas-fired broiler designed for steakhouses, restaurants, hotels, institutions, and other commercial foodservice operations requiring high-temperature searing and broiling performance. The JSHB/JBB features a large lift-out broiler grate mounted on a carriage with rolling bearings and a multi-action handle. This design allows operators to position product within the broiler and remove the grid for cleaning and service. The broiler is available with either infrared burners rated at 26,000 BTU or radiant burners rated at 32,000 BTU. Both configurations produce cooking surface temperatures ranging from approximately 700°F at the lowest rack level to 1,000°F at the highest level, supporting high-heat searing and flexible cooking performance. Built for demanding commercial use, the Steakhouse Broiler features a 14-gauge all-welded body, stainless steel front and sides, a stainless steel 6" plate shelf, and stainless steel adjustable legs. The lift-out grid and accessible construction support routine cleaning and maintenance in high-volume kitchen environments.
