Refrigerated Bases

Description

The Jade Range Titan™ and Bistro™ Low-Height Refrigerated Bases provide refrigerated ingredient storage beneath compatible modular cooking equipment. Designed for restaurants, hotels, institutions, and other commercial foodservice kitchens, they keep frequently used ingredients close to the point of preparation while supporting an efficient cookline layout. The cabinet features stainless steel interior, front, drawer, and side surfaces. Drawers are insulated with 100% shot-in-place polyurethane foam and accommodate 6-inch-deep, 12-inch by 20-inch hotel pans. Self-closing drawers, magnetic gaskets, and stainless steel track slides support smooth operation during service. The refrigeration system includes a blower-coil evaporator with expansion valve, built-in condensate evaporator, face-mounted dial thermometers, and sleeves for refrigeration and drain lines. The bases are available in self-contained or remote refrigeration configurations and include stainless steel adjustable legs for installation flexibility.
