Description

The Jade Range Bistro Shallow Depth Spreader is a heavy-duty commercial spreader cabinet designed to integrate with Bistro shallow-depth gas ranges and other cooking equipment. Its compact front-to-back design helps maximize usable kitchen space while providing additional work or landing area within a streamlined Jade cookline. The spreader features 14-gauge, all-welded steel construction with a stainless steel worktop, front, sides, bottom, and stub back. The removable worktop can be specified to allow a gas regulator and shutoff valve to be integrated within the spreader body. The worktop and control panels can also be modified to accommodate compatible drop-in equipment from other manufacturers, allowing the spreader to be incorporated into custom Jade lineups and suites. Selected configurations include insulated double-wall stainless steel door(s) for enclosed storage. Six-inch adjustable stainless steel legs provide installation flexibility and allow the unit to be leveled on uneven floors.
