Description

The Jade Range Titan™ Chicken Broiler is a heavy-duty, gas-fired commercial broiler designed for high-volume chicken and poultry broiling in restaurants, hotels, and other professional foodservice operations. Featuring a 30-1/2" deep cooking area and four levels of broiling, the unit provides flexible cooking positions and additional cooking space at the rear of the broiler. The Chicken Broiler features a 14-gauge, all-welded stainless steel body with a 12-gauge welded firebox and individually controlled burners positioned at 6" intervals across the cooking width. Specially designed flame-control grates support broiling performance, while the removable stainless steel superstructure provides four cooking levels and additional rear cooking space. An extra-large, self-draining grease gutter directs cooking residue toward the grease collection system, supporting routine kitchen cleanup. Available in widths from 24" to 72", the Jade Chicken Broiler offers multiple configurations to accommodate different kitchen layouts and production requirements. Optional casters and flexible gas connections provide additional installation flexibility.
