Description

The Jade Range Titan™ Log Broiler is an heavy-duty solid-fuel commercial broiler designed for restaurants and professional foodservice kitchens that require wood-fired or charcoal broiling. It delivers the distinctive texture, searing, and flavor associated with live-fire cooking for grilled meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and other menu items. The firebox is fully lined with high-alumina, hydraulically pressed firebrick to support heat retention and insulation during operation. A heavy-gauge stainless steel body and polished stainless steel superstructure provide durability for demanding commercial use, while removable cooking grids, bottom wood-support grates, and deep removable ash drawers simplify loading, cleaning, and routine maintenance. The Log Broiler is available with multiple grilling structures, including resting racks, wheel grills, and ladder rack configurations. Custom options are available to support different cooking methods, menu requirements, and kitchen layouts.
