Description

The Jade Range Rotating Tortilla Griddle is a commercial gas-fired cooking appliance designed for restaurants, catering operations, ghost kitchens, and other high-volume foodservice environments. It is intended for cooking, warming, and toasting tortillas, flatbreads, and similar products. A rotating cooking surface helps move product across the heated plate for consistent exposure to heat during service. The 5/8-inch-thick steel plate provides a durable cooking surface, while the 50,000 BTU gas burner supports high-temperature operation with surface temperatures of up to 600°F. Variable-speed rotation controls allow operators to adjust the cooking process to suit different products, production rates, and service requirements. Rotation speeds can be set as low as 3 rpm. Stainless steel construction supports use in demanding commercial kitchens, and the six-foot power cord simplifies electrical connection during installation.
