The Jade Range Chitwood Smoke Broiler is a heavy-duty gas-fired range-match charbroiler designed for commercial kitchens serving grilled meats, seafood, vegetables, and other products that benefit from direct radiant heat and wood-smoke flavor. Its cast iron grates and radiants provide durable cooking surfaces, while the stainless steel burner system delivers consistent heat across each 6-inch broiler section. An independently controlled smoke drawer and exclusive Smoke Ejector system allow operators to introduce wood smoke separately from the main broiler heat. This provides added smoke flavor and supports cold-smoking applications without requiring the primary cooking burners to be operating. The broiler features a fully welded stainless steel body, heavy-duty firebox, separate drip pans, and adjustable stainless steel legs for long-term commercial use and range integration.
