Description

The Jade Range Mongolian Griddle is a commercial gas cooking system designed for high-volume Mongolian-style foodservice applications. Its 1-inch-thick polished steel plate provides a durable cooking surface for preparing proteins, vegetables, noodles, and other menu items directly on the griddle. The polished steel plate supports direct-contact cooking across a broad working surface, while the built-in flame-failure system provides protection by responding if a burner flame is lost. Removable stainless steel drip trays collect grease and cooking debris and can be removed for cleaning and service. Larger Mongolian Griddle configurations can be specified with a built-in center trash chute that directs solid food waste into a trash dolly. This option helps streamline cleanup and waste removal during high-volume operation.
