Description
The Jade Range Satay / Robata Range-Match Underfired Infrared Broiler is a heavy-duty, gas-fired commercial broiler designed for high-temperature cooking of skewers, kebabs, and other satay and robata-style foods. Designed for range-match installation, this model integrates underfired infrared broiling capability into a commercial cooking line while providing a dedicated cooking surface for smaller portions and skewer-based applications. Each broiler section features infrared burners and a removable basket positioned beneath the cooking surface for wood or charcoal flavoring. The 14-gauge, all-welded stainless steel construction, including stainless steel interior and exterior surfaces and gas tubing, provides durability for demanding commercial kitchen environments. Available in 24", 36", 48", and 72" configurations, the Satay / Robata Range-Match Broiler offers single- and double-chamber options to accommodate different cooking line requirements. Additional configuration options include stainless steel risers, tubular high shelves, common plate shelves, manifold arrangements, and flexible gas connections.
