Titan French Plate cooktops feature a highly polished, 18-inch cast iron section. Each section is powered by a 35,000 BTU cast iron burner controlled by an infinite gas valve. Case iron rings and lids are easily removed for access to the direct flame.

Griddles are the mainstay in many professional kitchens.
Titan Griddles are made of 1-inch thick polished, reinforced stainless steel. Griddles are surrounded by a 2 1/2-inch high splash guard and have a 14 gauge stainless steel grease trough. Available with either thermostat or manual controls.
Griddle tops are often combined with open burners or hot tops for incredible versatility.

Titan Hot Tops are made of highly polished, reinforced cast iron plates for maximum heat distribution. Available in sections of either 12 or 18-inch widths. Each section has one 35,000 BTU/hour burner.

Open Burners designed for durability and performance. Titan Open Burner cooktops come in 12-inch or 18-inch wide sections. Each cast iron burner is 35,000 BTU's with separate controls and is topped with individual lift-off grates. The steel grates come standard with a lifetime warranty. The units has a stainless steel burner box built to hold up in the harshest of cooking environments. The burners themselves are designed to provide optimal flame to pan coverage. Each burner has a stainless steel pilot tip and rigid tubing is used in order to resist the harshest acids and cleaning practices

Titan Plancha cooktops are the most versatile cook surface made by Jade and are prized for thier temperature consistency and flexibility. Each Plancha top is made of a highly polished steel plancha plate and is powered by a 35,000 BTU/hour burner.

Split Top
Split Tops - do more in a small space.
Titan Split Top cooktops combine an open burner with a hot top surface all within a 12-inch section. A 35,000 BTU/hr burner fires the open burner and a 15,000 BTU/hr burner keeps the hot top hot. Build up to 72-inches wide by combining sections.
